The Retreat
Two one-week
Ashtanga yoga retreats set in a beautiful rural location in the North of Ibiza.
For those with an established practice this will be an opportunity to deepen
your understanding through playful exploration whilst remaining true to the
Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Complete beginners or those who have done Ashtanga
occasionally and wish to find out more are also welcome.
The six-day
timetable will consist of daily Mysore-style self-practice in the mornings,
followed by late-morning brunch. There will be three afternoon workshops on
the techniques and philosophy of yoga. An early evening meal will be served
every day.
There will
be ample spare time to explore the beautiful island of Ibiza or simply relax in
the gardens or by the pool at the retreat centre.
Yoga tuition, accommodation
in twin or double rooms at the retreat centre and two vegetarian meals daily
are included in the cost of £575 to £675 per person.
Flights,
transfers and travel insurance are not
included.

Teacher - Sarah Cullen
Sarah has studied Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga extensively with internationally-renowned teachers John Scott and Michael Gannon. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as a yoga teacher and is also a qualified meditation and children’s yoga teacher. The
Place
The retreat
will be held at an old Ibicencan property situated in two hectares of grounds
near the village of Sant Miquel in the North of the island. For more

Flights
Ibiza is
well-served by a number of scheduled and budget airlines including British
Airways, Iberia, First Choice EasyJet and Monarch. Generally, the earlier you book the
better the price.
Transfers/Car
Hire
The journey
by road from Ibiza airport takes around 30 minutes. A taxi should cost in the
region of €30.00.
The venue is isolated with the nearest beach an hour's walk away and the nearest place to get a taxi a half hour walk. Car rental is a neccessity if you wish to venture any distance from the retreat centre or explore the island. All the usual operators are based at Ibiza airport, or you may wish to try the following local company recommended by the retreat centre: - www.rentacarbk.biz.
